Monday 14th July: Collection of my not selected Archibald and Wynne prize entries at the Gallery of NSW proved to be a very exciting event. While the packing room guy looked up my name for the ‘City’ the Wynne entry he said ‘It is going to be hung in the Salon’. A little happy dance followed and a smile which I could not erase for the remainder of the day. Here is a photo taken at the opening of the the ‘Salon des Refusés’ at the S.H. Friday 18th July: Selected works list for Mosman Art Prize published. YAY! ‘David’ from the helpdesk callers series will be on show at the Mosman Art Gallery, 26 July – 7 September.
